Korelasi Kinerja Dosen Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) di IAIN Kediri

چکیده

Organizational commitment is personal responsibility and involvement in the organization, which includes trust, support for organizational objectives values, sincerity organization's formed interests. Through emotional ongoing commitment, OCB a unique aspect of individual functioning at work, such as desire to cooperate, assist each other, advise, actively participate, provide additional services those who use services, make efficient one's working time. This study examines relationship between citizenship behavior (OCB) performance lecturers IAIN Kediri. The findings this revealed number conclusions. 1) There link lecturer Kédiri; 2) there Kediri teacher performance; 3) (OCB), speaker performance. Therefore, empirical evidence suggests that will be influenced by variables.
